If I order today, how long will you process my order?
- We usually process orders within 1-3 business days.
How many days will it take to receive my orders?
- Once we have forwarded your orders to the carrier for shipping, orders coming from the United States will be received within 2-4 weeks. For orders coming from other parts of the world, you will receive it within 40-60 days. We do appreciate your patience.
Where are your products shipped from?
- Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong.
I'm living in the United States, can I pickup my orders instead? Or do you do meet ups?
- We apologize but we only offer shipping at this stage. We can't offer pickup or meet ups yet since we only have a limited number of personnel per warehouse who are focused on shipping out orders. This is one way for us to keep all our customer's confidential information private as well.. We hope you understand.
How much is the shipping fee?
- We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in the United States and a calculated shipping fee to other parts of the world. The fee will be calculated based on the number of items you have ordered and the total weight of all your orders.
Do you offer returns and refunds?
- Yes but on a case to case basis. Please read more on our Returns and Refund Policy page.
How long have you been in this business?
- We just started a few months ago. Although we are only new in this business, we are doing our best to take care of all our customers. We were able to receive a few reviews. Kindly visit our Product Reviews page for your reference.
How safe are my information on your store?
Do you offer coupons or any promotions?
- Absolutely yes! As a matter of fact, when you join our mailing list, aside from receiving secret promotions sent out to our loyal customers, you will also receive a sign up coupon as a gift for subscribing. We also promise not to spam you.
What payment methods do you accept?
- As of the moment, we accept payments via PayPal. It is a faster and safer way to pay for your online purchases. You don't need to enter your card or bank information on our site. You just use PayPal and they will deduct the amount from your card or bank account. If you're new to PayPal, kindly visit their site to know more at www.paypal.com.
Why was my payment method declined?
- Sorry to hear that. Please double check your credit/debit card or your bank account. If your bank uses a different currency, the funds may be insufficient because of the conversion rates and the fees from your bank. We use USD on our store. If that is the case, kindly add more funds to your account before continuing your purchase.
Do you have freebies?
- We offer freebies to our loyal customers who have purchased more than $75 on our site. On top of that, we will be having raffle promos in the next few months and all customers who have purchased at least $75 are entitled to one raffle coupon. So purchase now and earn raffle coupons! =)
I ordered 3 different products but I only received 1. Where are the other 2?
- We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We have 2 warehouses but not all products are in 1 warehouse. We ship out products from the warehouse where your orders are available. Sometimes you may receive more than 1 parcel if you have ordered 2 or more different products. Kindly wait for the other parcel to arrive. If you still haven't received it within 30 days from the date you have received your 1st parcel, please contact us.
I have received a notification that my orders have been shipped and a tracking number. I still haven't received my parcel and I want to track it.
- Thanks again for your purchase. Most of our customers are able to track the tracking numbers using this site www.17track.net/en. It may take 2-3 days before the current status of your parcel are posted on the site. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
It's been more than 60 days and I still haven't received my order! The tracking site has a stuck up status showing received in a post office. What's happening?!?
- Sorry to hear about the status of your order. If that status shows up, that means your parcel has been placed on hold in the post office. Kindly contact your local post office as they may be safekeeping your parcel. This happens when carriers try to deliver your parcel but no one is there to receive it.
I'm not satisfied with my purchase because it's defective. How will I go about this?
- We apologize for the inconvenience. We value all our customers and we will do our very best to resolve any issue encountered. Please fill up the form on our Contact Us page to let us know more about the issue. Kindly send a screenshot as well of the defective part/area so we can assist you better. You can use Jing, Snag.gy or any screenshot site/app so you can send us the link on the body of your email.
I previously requested for a refund and have returned the products to you. You said you already sent the funds but I still haven't received it?!
